Refund policy

Thank you for choosing us! Please note that all ice cream sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of ice cream, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives melted, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your ice cream is damaged, melted, or you receive the wrong item, please email us at kingskulfi@yahoo.co.in right away. Include your order number and photos if possible.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety and quality standards, ice cream products cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Ice cream pints and tubs

  • Ice cream cakes

  • Ice cream sandwiches and novelties

  • Any other frozen items

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders.


Refunds

If your claim is approved (for damaged or incorrect orders), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement.

We’ll notify you once your refund is processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to credit the amount.
